接俄罗斯海鲜博览会组委会/运营商通知，原计划于2020年9月21日-23日在俄罗斯圣彼得堡举办的第四届全球渔业论坛暨俄罗斯海鲜博览会，因疫情原因，非常遗憾延期至明年7月6日-8日举行，展会举办地点为圣彼得堡EXPOFORUM展览中心。

       接到通知后，我会迅速启动了组委会的沟通工作。组委会规定展位费不退还，但可以挪至下届补差使用（下届展会规模将进一步扩大，参展费将有所上浮）。未来，我会将继续和组委会保持密切沟通，关注展会动态，为明年各位展商的参展做好各项准备和服务工作。

       On behalf of the industry exhibition operator EXPO SOLUTIONS GROUP team and in my personal capacity, I thank you for the loyalty and active interest in the IV Global Fishery Forum & Seafood Expo Russia (hereinafter - the Event).

       谨代表行业展览运营商EXPO SOLUTIONS GROUP团队并以我个人名义，感谢您对第四届全球渔业论坛暨俄罗斯海鲜博览会（以下简称活动）的忠诚和关注。

       On June 10, 2020, an expanded meeting of the Event Organizing Committee was held, chaired by the Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation - the Head of the Federal Agency for Fishery Ilya Vasilyevich Shestakov.

       2020年6月10日，俄罗斯联邦农业部副部长—联邦渔业局局长Ilya Vasilyevich Shestakov主持召开了组委会扩大会议。

       According to the final collegial decision, the Event is postponed to July 6-8, 2021.Venue - St. Petersburg, EXPOFORUM Exhibition Center.

       根据最终的集体决定，活动推迟至2021年7月6日至8日。地点：圣彼得堡，EXPOFORUM展览中心。

       This decision was not easy and was made due to several reasons. The health and safety of participants, as well as effective work in the Event, are the most important priorities for us, as the organizer of an event on this scale. We monitor the current situation on a daily basis in order to assess all possible risks. Despite the gradual abolition of quarantine measures, we assume that many specialists will prefer to refuse to attend the Event. In addition, the question of a full-fledged international flights resumption, due to which the Event may lose the presence of foreign participants, still remains open.

       根据以下几个原因做出艰难的决定。作为展会组办方，与会人员的健康与安全以及展会的效果对我们而言是至关重要的。我们每天都在关注疫情，以评估所有可能存在的风险。尽管逐步取消了隔离措施，但我们认为许多专家将更愿意拒绝参加此活动。此外，是否全面恢复国际航班的问题仍然存在，该问题将会导致活动失去外国客商的参与。

       These factors do not allow this year to guarantee the participants the amount of exhibitors and visitors that will ensure the implementation of business tasks expected of the Event participation. We consider the best alternative to take such a difficult decision now, when the material and time costs for preparing for the Event are not too high.

       这些因素使今年无法向参与者保证参展商和观众的数量，这些数量将确保与会者的业务效果。当活动准备花费的材料和时间所需的成本不高的时候，我们认为现在最好的选择是做出这样一个艰难的决定。

       We understand that the situation in the world in connection with the spread of coronavirus infection is unprecedented, and we all have to make unusual decisions in the new conditions.

       我们知道，与冠状病毒感染扩散有关的世界形势是前所未有的，但我们都必须在新情况下做出不同寻常的决定。
